As a comparison I have been tricking out my lht with some of the nicest stuff one could reasonably get for a touring bike (B&M lights, hope rear hub and headset, microshift shifters, bb7 brake, deore brake, dt swiss rims etc etc) and I've yet to reach 2k. Far from it actually.
