^ grand prix 4000 is a different tire than the grand prix 4 season, but they're similarly priced if you shop around (~$50).

as mentioned earlier in this thread, i have 700x28 grand prix 4 seasons on my everyday commuter, and i really like them.

i guess some people might consider a $50 tire to be "absurdly expensive", but i certainly think they're worth every penny.
