Had a tailwind all the way in. At first I thought I was just really strong today but then I started getting up over 27 mph on the flat sections and had to face the fact that I didn't turn into Lance Armstrong overnight as I saw the bushes waving in the breeze as I passed . It was a beautiful day. The high is supposed to be in the upper 80's and the morning was just wonderful. Have to enjoy this weather while it lasts, we are just weeks from getting into the 90's and after that, pre-dawn riding to take advantage of cool temperatures!
