The fact that its a commuter bike I cannot imagine needing bigger than 160 on either end..

I have that on my Rohloff Bike Friday .. FWIW Magura - Galfer discs are thicker But you probably can just use the discs you have
if the new brake set doesn't include any (often the case)

(Roff takes it's own disc a 4 bolt , I got Avids since they cost less ) [My Magura is their Rim brakes]
