The visible section of that trail is smoother than many dirt road. I routinely tide my tubular tire road bike on far worse. Unless other section have roots or rocks or become technical in any way, just about any bike can handle it. The rest is rider skill and willingness to get out of the saddle where lack of suspension makes it necessary.
