you're the one who said good bottom bracket. how can it be a requirement if you don't know what you even mean by that? There are many standards and many make and model options for each standard. You can also pretty much adapt any crankset to work with any frame's bottom bracket standard. I would just start with a frame you like and go from there. For alloy Cannondale CAAD is usually the first choice. The Allez Smartweld is another great option or Canyon or Kinesis
