Are these the brake adapters I need?

I am not the best at reading Shimano disc brake adapter part numbers...

I need adapters that will allow post mount brakes to fit on an IS mount frame/fork, with 160mm rotors. Are these it?

160mm / 74mm / Front / 51mm IS / SM-MA-F160P/S

160mm / 74mm / Rear / 51mm IS / ISMMAR160PSA
