Wow, a ten year old thread. I am also having issues with a pulled groin muscle. Would love to hear some tips on how to heal it. I am resting it but still have to move my legs to put on/take off shoes, underwear, socks, pants.....................I am also trying to nurse a problematic achilles tendon in right ankle (groin pull is on right side). The activities I do to try to heal my ankle (icing, heating, stretching etc. etc.) all involve moving and lifting my right leg, and when I do some of these..........it keeps the groin muscle aggravated.
