Of course, I am partial to white with a red head tube and a red band on the seat tube. I should probably also try your sharp-looking red brake cable housing and red handlebar tape on the Sieger -- which brand/type did you use? Also, what precisely is your gearing?
I used Shimano Dura Ace BC-9000 cables and Fizik Microtex tape. There was a website with a cable evaluation a while back and these came out by far the best of all the conventional cables in terms of reduced resistance. They're a bit pricey but I value my braking ability.

The gearing is 13-28 7-speed IRD freewheel with 52-42-30 chainrings, using a redclover triplizer and a TA small chainring. The cage on the rear derailleur is made by Soma and available various places. If you go this route make sure to set the rear derailleur spring to its highest tension, or be prepared for deadly chain suck.
