The rear placement of the large saddlebag makes sense considering the protrusion of the Tubus rack. It would be a good idea though to figure out a way to strap it down. I'd worry about it sliding from side to side.

If you want to get a bit deluxe, the Nitto R50 Saddlebag grip will make either of your saddlebags quick release. Probably wouldn't be that hard to make a home brewed version.
