I am new to road biking, but have ridden trails and single track for many years with standard foam bike shorts. I now bought a flat bar carbon road bike, And looking to do some half century rides this summer but I'm curious as to the difference between Gel and foam Chamois.....any recommendations would be appreciated. Also possibly a good website to find a good value.
