The three tires mentioned are rather different in their intended use. The Michelin is a high performance tire with little regard to flat protection or casing ruggedness and using rubber with a very high grip and less long life. The Conti has a greater degree on casing ruggedness/flat protection and a bit less grippy rubber. it's a nice balance between handling/rolling feel and durability WRT road hazards. The Bontrager is a pretty basic tire with a corser casing thread count and no real attention to ride or puncture aspects. In an automotive analogy you have listed a Corvette, a Gulf R and a Honda Civic. All nice cars in their own rights but not usually discussed in the same breath.
The reason I asked about your size (which is very close to my height and weight) is that many of us older guys long ago learned about the advantages of a notch wider tire then is fashionable. I run labeled (which is not what a tire actually measures at but suggests a width family) 25 tires on my sunday bikes. The commuter gets 28s. The tandem also 28s. The touring bike gets 32+s. Andy.
