When you download routes into Cyclemeter, you may want to save them as a Path instead of a Route. Saving them as a Path does not not add the miles to your stats as when saving as a Route. When you start your ride, select the Path you want to use and start your ride to get the directions. At the end of the ride, Cyclemeter will save that route as New Route. Simply edit the ride and change the route name and save it. Also, when saving as a Path, if the route is from someone else, Cyclemeter will strip all the data from the route and leave just the GPS coordinates which makes it smaller and doesn't take up as much iCloud space.
