I am fixed. Surgery all went well, it was a little weird not being able to speak for 4 days, but everything came out grand. Everything benign, and I can move the gravel voiced phase behind me.

Have been back on the bike for a few weeks. I was banned for the weeks before and after from raising my blood pressure, and being in cold air. All good now.
