I'm sorry, that makes no sense. A drunk, maybe stoned, person driving while texting is pretty much going to mow down anyone anywhere, especially a cyclist taking the lane. It's amazing she could keep the car in the roadway at all, and might not have noticed if she was driving down the sidewalk
