Get 2...Ski/Bike Warm in winter to cover your ears +a better ventilated one in summer .
Cycling Infrastructure sucks : capitalist solution Sell everyone a Helmet ..
Places where the Infrastructure is Better , DK, NL .. helmets are rare.
Theirs is better because of Political Involvement of the Riders.
