Saturday's "may see a dusting of snow" turned into 5 more inches. That brings our snowfall total to about 72 inches this year and moves it up to be the 4th snowiest season we've had on record. Makes me feel a little bit accomplished that I've had my best year of winter commuting ever, only driving 5 times since our 1st snowfall back in early November.
Thankfully it got into the 40s yesterday so a good portion of it melted off. This morning had a lot of shady areas that still had rutted ice, but seeing as it's supposed to be 60 degrees today I took a chance and left the winter bike at home. Had to unclip and walk over a few sections that were just too treacherous to ride, but made it to work just fine.
