Had some great weather for Easter Sunday but unfortunately, I had to do all the family Easter stuff and didn't get a ride in. Rained last night but it paused long enough this morning for a short ride. Weather forecast was for no rain until noon - they lied! Got one 23 mile lap in with my buddy Steve who is still having difficulties with his road bike fit. Not much speed since he couldn't get comfortable for some reason. Got back to the parking lot and was ready to head out for lap two and in comes my wife who cut her ride short to avoid the rain at the other end of the park. Since it wasn't raining on our end, we did a few miles together and I ended up at 26 miles for the day and just in time to pack everything up before the rain started.
