I'm underwhelmed...paid half compared to Chorus, and got about half what I get with Chorus.
Hmm, that might explain why the KMC 9 speed chain I just replaced gave very odd readings. When using a Park CC-2 chain gauge, the wear measured at around .5-.6, which is well under the recommended reading for replacement. Then when I measured it the "right" way with a 12" steel rule, I got around 1/16" elongation, so I replaced it. Usually chain checkers are supposed to be overly pessimistic since they add in roller wear, so they will tell you to replace the chain before it's really needed, but not this time.
