Fair amount of rust and tires look shot. That's maybe a $25 bike as it sits. Plus I imagine that Glendale WI is not a hot market for bikes; old 3 speeds have more sale value in large cities and/or college towns so if you're near a university adjust the price upwards.

I've seen English 3 speeds go at all sorts of prices but this one is at this point of its life a basic utility bike that needs work. I've picked up raleigh 3 speeds in pretty nice shape for $50-75.
