Oddly enough, I actually have one of those hubs. I got it in a sh*tty eBay screw-over when I was told I was bidding on a recument wheel that I was going to cut up for the front hub for my fixie. Still not sure what to do with it...
have you emailed PW? unless i'm mistaken, you should be able to get an axle kit to convert it to a regular front wheel.
