You have a 9" head tube and still slope at 61 cm? I've got a 63 cm with a level head tube and am only at about 8" headtube (total steerer length is ~236 mm - just enough for a 200 mm head tube and a campy record threaded stem with a 36 mm stack).
Maybe I'm mistaken and it's the steering tub that's 9". I have this picture I posted in another thread
It's pretty long and you can see the slope of the top tube, I did say sightly sloping.
I love tapered headtubes.
