And no, they do not look odd. What looks odd is a tall person trying to ride a bike that is too small.


Here's a 69cm Fuji Royale that I just picked up. It's flippin' awesome!
Now THAT is a damn long head tube!

The head tube on my AWOL is 9.25" long. I'm pretty sure the high head tube is a design idea intended to make you feel like you're sitting *in* the bike and not on top of it. I can attest to the fact that the AWOL doesn't feel like any other road bike I've ever ridden.
