and partially resoled my Giro's.

With the Giros I unscrewed the raised portions on the front of the shoe and used a box cutter to level the pedal area. I then glued a portion of Virbram Rubber Half Soles to the area. Good grip but easy in and out.

I go 10 1/2 med/wide on most shoes got the 45's and they fit great.
