I'm planning on my first duathlon maybe this year, if I can find a suitable one close enough on my days off. I'll be using my '88 Prologue. I am upgrading several components but it will still be a steel frame and steel fork and alloy wheels. Though I have no aspiration of winning, so I guess it doesn't really matter what one uses as long as it is legal. I would like to not come in last, luckily I am a stronger runner than cyclist.
