Very cool. The pilot has to put up with a lot. Maybe he needs one of those new VR phone rigs attached to his periscope camera!
The shape reminds me of a grad student at the wind tunnel when I was at Purdue, she was working on minimum drag bodies and she had all these four-foot tuna-shaped styrofoam pods propped up around the test section. One April 1, I put a tag on one that said "shhh! will hatch soon"
