Be wary of cheap stands, like tools they can often be false economy at least in my experience. When I bought my first stand I went the cheap route and hated it from day one. It was somewhat unstable, flimsy and made working on the bike a pain. I finally bit the bullet and ponied up for a high quality reputable stand and could not be happier, makes working on the bike a dream. I am not familiar with the stand you mentioned, however.
