I have an 06 Specialized Allez Sport with a flat black frame (looks to be the 05 frame but I still like it) and was looking at the SKS raceblades to stick on. I'm all for that sporty and fast look and would like to bring it to a few group rides and club races. Would fenders, particularly those raceblades, look "OK" for those occasions? I know I'll be "unique" in the pack but what do you guys think of them fenders, even if I leave it on year-round (I'm lazy)? And would they affect performance negatively because of drag/weight? The SKS weighs in at 240g and are thin and close to the tires but I would like others' input.
