Creak update. Creakdate?
Tried a variety of other known quiet skewers, no joy. The wheel is quiet if I just set it in the frame and the second I clamp the skewer down it creaks, even if I'm just rolling the bike. I put my old wheel in for today's ride - dead silent.
Argh. I bought the wheels from Nashbar back in November on sale... (Easton EA90SL). Anybody know if Performance will do warranty repairs on nashbar sold items? I may just try to find a performance and ask - there are none near me though, which is a pity.
