It is nice to see some people with a plan for when petroleum fuel runs out/becomes too expensive or for military use only. Infrastructure takes time. Forward thinkers are going to benefit greatly when the fuel bust happens.

Fuel is running out. Fracking is the evidence. If it is already necessary to squeeze every drop of petroleum out from between grains of sand and dirt while risking our already endangered aquifers and springs to toxic fracking substances, things are getting DIRE. Sane, responsible people should be reacting to this NOW. Of course, you won't find such people in the USofA. Other less greedy, lazy, barbaric countries will have to spearhead these efforts.
