You get quite a bit of variation, depending on the market. For instance, the Canadian versions for the mid-1980s are often seen with a completely chrome fork, while those for the USA market were painted. It could also be a replacement fork but I also see that it has a chromed chain stay, so it may be non-USA market.

However, there is no denying that the frame is a 1987 Italian manufactured frame, based on the serial, in conjunction with frame characteristics. It has the green Formula II tubing decals used this year, indicating a mid-range model. The only Formula II model offered in white, in the USA that year, was the Nuovo Alloro. If it is from a different market, it may not be a Nuovo Alloro. Since it's lost the model name decal, just call it a 1987 Bianchi Formula II.
