I never seem to have that problem. If I'm counting calories on a non riding day, it sucks. But if I get even a short ride in, burn around 5-800 calories, I go maybe 300 over my calorie budget.
All I know is that not counting calories for a week was awesome, but I'm never going to lose weight that way.
