I always believed that climate change is a very positive and useful event. Just imagine some of the interesting things waiting to be discovered once all that ice is gone...Penalizing drivers with extra taxes and fees, all in hopes saving few square feet of ice just doesn't make sense to me. The Earth is billions of years old and ice is something that comes and goes we have no control over it. Maybe some day there will be bananas and oranges growing up in Antarctica.
