look at the end of the day, i don't care either way. if i had an issue w/enve, i wouldve just dealt w/enve about it and not gone on this board to discuss it. b/c at the end of the day....ur eventually gonna get flamed.
i just don't agree w/the automatic assumption that the buyer has a duty to do something simply b/c that is what the company wants. in my experience, when something has been defective from the start, it was always an easy breezy return. when i had a warranty issue, i dealt w/the warranty.
i feel bad that yall never experienced any of this before or always subjected yourselves to a long drawn out process.
I've never had ENVE wheels to have an issue with. I have, on the other hand, had a pair of De Soto shorts fall apart too quickly. Quick email to their support with a picture and they shipped me new ones. It didn't feel unreasonable.
