That tiny roller does roll poorly but with the extendable wheel addon you can roll with a lot more stability in general. If you want to pull it via the att. bag/basket, you could lift slightly so the third wheel isn't in contact with the ground. Helps if you are at least 5'7 (170cm+). I'm about 5'6 and I have to bend my arm to lift my basket when rolling.

IMO the ideal "rolling folded Brompton" - which rolls tolerably even over road surfaces and down curbs, but minimum heel strike and added weight - would be a rack with extendable wheel addon.
