Something you might consider. I bring my folder inside a lot pf places. Even places that said no bikes;
museums, offices, stores, hotels, buses, etc. I guess you could always carry a lock or the cover with you at
all times. But I don't; so having a color that doesn't stand out(yellow, white, neon green, etc.) helps in being
a bit low key and successful in getting your bike in.
