ur telling me that you read the warranty terms of every product you purchase off the internet? i'm gonna be honest with you, i don't. i have a feeling you don't either and i dont think much of that. i think it's pretty normal not to. i kind of find it hard to believe, that people think this guy owed ENVE anything. ENVE alread admitted to sending out a bad product and are rectifying. yall making the case for ENVE when they aren't doing it themselves LOL.
Yeah, I read the terms of sale for everything I buy, before I agree to buy. I want to know exactly what I am buying and how much I will be paying before I agree to buy.
I swear I didn't see the shopping cart symbol when I was looking all over for the price of the wheels and the terms of sale. Don't know how I missed that.
When did ENVE admit to you that they sold the OP bad product? Why would they purposely ship bad product and keep a record of it? You/'re reading too much into what the OP wrote. Like I wrote, there is more to the story than the OP admitted to....
In the past, I've bought and sold a considerable amount of stuff, including on eBay. You would not believe the stuff that Scammers/Buyers have tried on eBay purchases. Like the guys who have purchased brand new printers in the factory boxes, and then returned them for a refund, packing a broken used printer of a different make in the box, claiming that is what they received. Or the ones that buy factory sealed laser printer toner cartridges, return them for a refund, and I find that the bottom of the box has been opened and the new factory toner cartridge has been swapped for a empty used toner cartridge.
Incidents like this are the reason that I would want to receive back the item in question, and inspect it carefully before agreeing to a refund or credit, or a warranty replacement or repair.
