I tried regular cross fit the other month and it about killed me. They warmed up doing jumping jacks to AC/DC's "Thunder" and ever time you heard the word thunder it was burpee time. I now twitch whenever I hear that song on the radio and I fear it will never go away. Anyway, my knee can't take that kind of abuse anymore so it's back to boring ol' riding for me.
