Bikes: 1997 Rivendell Road Standard 650b conversion (tourer), 1988 Schwinn Project KOM-10 (gravel/tour), 2013 Foundry Auger disc (CX/gravel), 2016 Cannondale Fat CAAD 2 (MTB/winter), 2011 Cannondale Flash 29er Lefty (trail MTB)

You could use any 3W hub dynamo from Schmidt, SP, or Shimano. SON hubs seem to be very dependable, but SPs are as well and are a third of the price. If you go with SP, the PD-8 is their 3W hub (the SD-8 is only 2.4W).

You could use any USB charging device. Here's an article: List of Bicycle Dynamo Hub Power Supplies for USB Devices - CyclingAbout CyclingAbout

Your phone will charge through its USB power cord. You may not get much or any charge with your dynamo light turned on.
