Commuter / cruising bike

I saw this one pretty early after posting - pretty sure it is too small for me - might fit my son though - the rack, panniers, and fenders are worth it for the $50 ( which I need).. Seller did respond to me - but due to ankle injury can't easily make the trip tonight so guessing he'll sell to someone else ( said he had a lot of inquires for this bike and 2 others) - oh well - I always hate missing out on a good deal - but easier when it is likely not a god fit.
