Oh, MAN. We just finished putting her together. (And she's now known as "Fuji-ski".) First ride is tomorrow. Crossing my fingers that I got the derailleur limits adjusted properly. The photos are a little crap; it's all my telephone could muster.

Mad Mods:

Sealed bottom bracket
Tange Prestige double-butted forks
Stock Suntour rear derailleur and shifters upgraded to mid-range quasi-period Shimano counterparts (The derailleur is a 200GS, and the shifters don't have any identifying marks. They're nice and they ratchet sweetly, though.)
Weinmann Rims with hilariously incongruous Joytech rear hub and Campagnolo front hub (Heh. It was a lucky find.)

Unfortunately, we'll have to switch pretty much everything else out for Campagnolo parts tomorrow, because nothing works anymore now that the front wheel's on. DAMMIT. But speaking seriously, it looks pretty nice and it ought to ride well. Doing a build like this is great when the intended rider just wants a competent road bike. And we did it for less than 240 USD.
