That's very cool. Sounds like the writer/builder was not Bill D, but someone else who worked in the shop.

I sent Davidson an email last week inquiring about my frame (Impulse, 1992 I think) and whether it was likely Prestige as I suspected. Mine has oversized tubing; the main tubes all measure 29.0 with my caliper. He (Bill) didn't exactly confirm that it's Prestige but he did seem to imply that it was, and said many of them had OS tubes.
