I go through about a pair of gloves a year. My last pair was from PI, and I wore them much longer than I should have. I've had my Specialized gloves since July and they're fine for now (and I'm not wearing them 'cause it's cold).

New pair of road shoes in May. They're scuffed up but still fine. My two-year-old pair of Sugoi road shorts are still in one piece. My new Nike shorts are fine.

Tires... I'm on my second set of Mondo S-works tires. I had about 2500 miles on the first set when they started cracking. The LBS replaced them for nothing (said they were wearing poorly).

Cleats. I'm on my second set of spd-sl cleats.

I don't go through jerseys as much as want new ones, so that doesn't really count.
