Bikes: Stormchaser, Paramount, Tilt, Samba tandem

First, consider whether all those parts are both compatible and copacetic. If, in your bin. you have a quill stem and the wrong size seat post and a 120mm freewheel hub and V brakes, then that Nashbar frame is just going to suck. If they are a mix of MTB and road parts, that's going to be pretty funny too.

I do understand the urge to build up a bike to suit yourself. I've done it myself now and I intend to do it again soon when I make a MTB. But it pays off to have a plan and a budget and a shopping list, and to make sure everything goes.

"Well, well!" said Holmes, impatiently. "A good cyclist does not need a high road. The moor is intersected with paths and the moon is at the full."
