Got a 2014 Reynolds assault with low miles. There is some hub play(lateral), not to be confused with flex. It's minute, like less than a milimeter. You really have to look for it and feel it while you wiggle the wheel between your thumb and index finger. But it goes away when I tighten the skewer. Problem is, at that point the skewer is quite tight...not just palm imprint tight. Is that an issue? How do I know if the skewer is too tight? Will the wheel not spin as much? Will it make a noise?
