I have checked them on GOOGLE and there are few, but good, reviews on the CX1. And this was AFTER I had already seen it on Cannondale's website, and subsequently bought one.

A quick review would be that it is pretty nimble, very stable, rides surprisingly forgiving on bumps, shifts and brakes smoothly, and most noticeably, a very upright riding position. My first 27km on the CX1 and my neck and shoulders felt perfect.
I even took it across a farmer's field and it was a pleasant ride.

I think there is little else out there that gives such a combination of versatility, performance, comfort, and class.
