The price is very fair, especially with the up dated group.
But I will have to list the down sides....

A full Ti frame would be a better buy in then a hybrid carbon / Ti
Personally I prefer a non-integrated headset (i believe is pre 03 or post 05)

But for the price....if it fits you can part it out and still make a few bucks if you dont like it
