I think communication and publicity are key, but alot of the smaller races are low key...but in general its not the few who make it out, its the many who do not.
We need to show the "others" that we are cool and accepting people and are willing to give anyone a chance, at least thats been my experience with everyone i have met. Most were probably scared off during the posenger bashing era.
