I have Krylions in a 25, they run big at almost 27. Someone else posted that their 23's measured at almost 25.
I use Pro4 Endurance 23 + 25. On Kinlin 279 hoops they measure 24mm, and 27.8mm. The 23s accelerate much quicker, but the 25s are noticeably more comfortable.
