That Radac needs a pop of color on the brakes. Tektros sold under the Origin 8 name are analagous to the Shimano R451 brakeset; they work fine, they're cheap, and they've got some pizzaz.
I've got some R741's in bound. I'm sticking with black, because you never know where they will eventually end up.
The bike has more "life" in person.
